Technical Requirements for the Jalapenyo Site
The Jalapenyo site is designed for 1024 x 768 screen resolution or larger, and is supported by the following browsers: Safari, Mozilla, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 7.0 and above. Your browser must support JavaScript in order for some of the site's functionality to work.
To view video ecards, you must have a Flash player installed. Get the latest Flash player.
Trouble Viewing Videos
The videos on the site are encoded in the Flash Video (.flv) format. If you are having trouble viewing the video in your ecard, the problem is most likely that you need to download and install a Flash player. Get the latest Flash player.
Technical Difficulties While Uploading
If you have technical difficulties of any sort while creating your ecard and cannot troubleshoot the problem using our Help section, please contact Customer Support and we will do our best to work through the problem with you. In your message, please describe the problem you are having in detail (including any error messages you receive), and we will respond as quickly as we can (usually within 24 hours).
